As far as I'm aware, the EE UK Pixel 2 XL bootloader can't be unlocked. The unlock option in the developer settings is greyed out. I tried using "fastboot flashing unlock" and "fastboot oem unlock"; neither is successful. Does this tool do something above and beyond the fastboot method?

Yes, fits perfectly with the issues I've seen. My work SIM was restricted to 2G, and I was seeing the slow performance issues all the time. 3G was finally enabled on that SIM recently and I don't think I've seen the performance problems since. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Not a heavy user of Miracast, and only played with it briefly on 4.2, but trying 4.3 against an LG smart TV today I found it very laggy and an attempt to play a video using Play Movies was a stuttering, unwatchable mess.

The Play Music widget with controls is appearing for me; all the other widgets just get shifted over to the left when music is playing.

Still pretty prominent here for me with the brightness on its lowest setting and any sort of Wi-Fi activity going on. As before it's only really noticeable in a darker environment.
