    Thread use all 700MHZ lte phones on any network

    OK, we all know about Verizon using lower spectrum and AT&T using upper spectrum of 700MHZ but i could never understand how HARDWARE WISE they can make a radio that would only support such a thing, I am under impression that it is the software optimized for using either upper or lower spectrum...
