I got the same msg using RM to Backup. I ended up having to manuver around in recovery to "mounts and storage/mount sdcard" in order for the actual sd card to be recognized. All of my backups etc, also have to be done this way. Then when I boot back up into HC, I can't find the backups, but...

This exact thing happened to me when I used the program attached to the first post on here and tried to go back to Stock Kernel. What I had to do to fix it was use the same program to flash the Timat Kernel again. At this point I have no way to get back to Stock Kernel (if I ever wanted to).

You guys better make sure you have another way to get back to stock kernel, besides the OP program I mean. After I flashed the timat kernel I couldn't go back to the original stock WITHOUT loosing wifi completely. I posted a msg about this a few posts up.
