So this new build, 18-02, is the best by far until now, however in the notification bar the date appears as 2011 2 18, and the alarm menu days appear as 1 2 ...7 for sun mon ... sat, which a bit weird, and not so beautiful to see.

Not a bug, I think you should choose a language (english) from the keyboard options, then you should have all the numbers.
