Not sure why, but I had PIE enabled and then lowered the Nav. bar as instructed, but nothing changed. It only worked after I disabled expanded desktop, but I like this better now, just curious if I'm the only one.

Yeah that's what I do, first couple of times I didn't and keyboard would stop working. Flash ROM > Gapps > Kernel > Wipe Cache / Dalvik

No I am not running a custom rom, but I did make some minor changes to build.prop (Wifi, camera, etc.) Should I try pushing a stock build.prop and re-flash?

Excellent write-up, I'll try this when I get a chance. Been trying to downgrade and then get to the rooted, stock 3.2 using a couple routes shown here. They seem to create an issue with CWM not sticking...

Coming from stock 3.0.1, upgraded using BRD's 3.1 with latest recovery and OC'd GPU 1.4.4 kernel. Tried the ROM install without wipe, found that new app installs failed so I did the internal factory reset. Flashed the new ROM and everything did real well. Played with it for a couple hours...

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but if you go back through the last dozen pages or so, several have stated you have to go from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1 in order to keep the sdcard active (in android, not cwm).

Are you using SetCPU or Droid-overclock? Playing with the different CPU governors might be something to try. With mine I setup my profiles wrong and it ended up staying over-clocked to 1504 even when the screen was off. That was a major battery drain...

in clockwork try the "mount USB storage" under "mounts and storage". Then go to "install zip from sdcard" step in op. I was having the same issue as you and after I did that it let me choose the zip file.

Came from 1.1.6 and had some minor lag issues but I was using SetCPU. Removed that and tried Droid oveclock and things seem to be smoother, not sure how much there is to that...ymmv :rolleyes:

I had the same problem, phone would be charging fine, but transfers would cut out intermittently. Play with the cable and transfers would start/stop depending on how I moved the cable, but the charge would be continuous. Just because the wire sending power is still 100% doesn't mean the data...
