Just for fun I tried it and GUI via vnc works fine. I find it too cumbersome to use with any seriousness, just use shell.

There are a bunch of emulators that are currently on the market that I think deserve a mention, the .emu emulators. I really like the oid emulators but .emu are really good too. One that I think makes it stand out is the MSX.emu that was just released. Works perfectly so far on the Xoom.

I wiped and flashed the rom, wouldn't boot. Stayed on the moto logo for inordinate amount of time then screen turned red. Forced a reboot then got stuck on boot animation. Reflashed rom, no go, then flashed rom followed by 2.1 kernal now everything works great. Not sure what the problem was but...

Scales great. I have a hard time finding roms that work on it though. The rom that I tested it with was "Mega Twins". All the scaling options worked great. What roms work for you?

It can be a little finicky with me too. What I do is use the back button instead of the home button to back out of the program and it works fine.

So I thought this was interesting, I tried out Maxthon browser today and YouTube ran smoothly on HD videos for the first time since I bought the Xoom. Coincidence? Maybe, time will tell. Just thought I would share.

My Xoom hasn't been able to handle oc higher than 1504. I was hoping to overvolt to try to make to more stable at 1.6 or 1.7. I've read in another kernal that this can be done with terminal. So my question is, will overvolting using terminal commands work with this kernal, and if so how much...

I use Wallpaper Slideshow. Just put the wallpaper you want to use in a folder by itself. Works great.

Thank-you very much. Just as a fyi you can do this same process on your xoom using NinjaMorph pro. It cost a couple of bucks to get the app but it makes it easier by eliminating the need to transfer to a computer.

Thanks for the advice. I was looking for a way to do this on my xoom. After a little searching I found a solution that worked. NinjaMorph worked perfect. I tried the free version first but failed, so I took the leap and tried the pro version, flawless. So easy even I could do it :)
