Whats the turn around time for this?...I was basically testing something as soon as phone booted and forgot to update PRL so I wasn't able to get to it for about 20mins, would I have been better off reflashing the kernel or is 20mins still w/in means? BTW Im not getting LOS but am just curious...

Go into wifi tether app, hit menu key>settings>and select enable wifi-encryption, and now when you connect to it thru your PC, you have to enter the key, abcdefghijklm(which is 13 characters btw) but it'll now work!

Nah Im on StarBurst v1.3 and got this up and running...only issues Im having is when long pressing the home button, I can no longer view my recent apps, is anyone else having this issues, or know how to fix it? when I long press it, nothing happens and then about 10 secs later the phone reboots...

What happens if you forget to update immediately after, is there a turn around time before you should re-odin the kernel? I applied the kernel and went to test something out and got caught up in it for about 20mins, so would I be better off just reflashing the kernel or am I ok with updating...

Ive been having this issues on v1.3...I've completed wiped data, cache and dalvik, as well as formatted system, reflash this ROM and am still having problems w/ root/superuser, is there a fix for this???

Is there anyway you could make one w/ CIQ??? Now that the 7lock mod has been released by maddoggin, any device running a ROM w/o CIQ will be able to flash his theme, as he's already stated that he will not be making his mod CIQ compatible...

If you go into Menu>Setting>Applications>Running Services>ANDROID SYSTEM should no longer be in there after flashing this mod...BTW K0nane I already thanked you on the Midnight ROM thread but I have to say it again, thanks a mil for killing CIQ for us!!!

Have you tried manually adding it to the framework and if so did it add CIQ back into your phone? Reason Im asking is cuz K0nane stated "CIQ removal involves lots of edits in framework.jar" and the overscroll mod does as well....

You didn't have to go back to stock....after flashing the overscroll fix on my device, it wouldn't boot into the OS either but if you just reboot into CWM and reflash the ROM again, it'll bring you right back into it...just a heads up in case anyone else jumps the gun and attempts to use that fix...

Is it that zedos kernel will not allow you to go pass 75% brightness no matter what, whether if your phone is overheating or not???...or are you saying that when you're running any other kernel besides zedos you can ALWAYS set your brightness to 100%, even when your phone is overheating???

About the brightness thing, try going into settings>display>brightness> and see if it says something like due to overheating, brightness has been reduced, cuz if it does, thats something present in all ROMs

Hell yea, that OS battery drain bug is exactly why I went back to stock but this is the first custom ROM I've ran since rerooting and bat life has been great, even better than stock!...will try that formatting system thru CWM to try n overscroll, will report back...
