You need to install gapps right after installing the rom before booting your device. If you boot your device after installing rom before installing gapps, you'll have errors.

I installed this rom and everything went smoothly, I used it for a whole day without any problem. The phone could only recognised 1 sim card and I need the two to be functioning, so I have to uninstall it because of this.

I'm also thinking of splitting my memory into 2 and using half as a portable storage and half as internal, does someone know if this is possible? Answer to the second question is "NO", your windows OS won't be able to read the adoptable storage.

I eventually rooted the phone and it's too easy to be true. I downloaded it's specific twrp, flashed it via Odin without the battery so it won't boot up after flashing, then boot into twrp recovery and flashed SuperSU.

Thanks for your reply rjma, I had 6.0.1 and I used CF-Auto-Root for 6.0.1 to root but it didn't work, it got stuck on boot screen with some errors. That's why I downgraded to 5.1.1 because 6.0.1 doesn't have google appps.
