Contacted him on facebook, he was very polite and quick. My Verizon Pixel XL is now unlocked! Rooted using SkipSoft and Magisk.

I believe that command just outputs if unlock has happened or is an option. It should return a 0 or a 1.

Been getting random device reboots about twice a day since a clean install of 7.1.1-20170123. This appears to be a new problem with that version as I had not had any reboot issues on the last few builds. Anyone else seen any?

Best phone I have ever owned, love all the features, performance, and battery. I would defiantly buy this phone again. Even had I known it would STILL not have an unlocked bootloader, it's just so damn good I can look past that.

Hello, My HTC One Remix is rooted on stock with TWRP for recovery. Verizon just released an update that I would like to install, but of course when it trys to install automatically it loads TWRP recovery and fails. Egg all over the face I was one of the people who thought it would be cool to update to the OTA immediately without waiting and reading... I got the CWM recovery going and rooted stock 4.2.2 , but I really cant wait for TWRP to get updated so I can get back to my Rom, or really any supported...

Tether Anyone have any experience\luck tethering with this build\Rom. I cant seem to get it to work for either USB or Wifi using the builtin or 3rd party apps. It looks to hand an IP to the device but it's not passing traffic beyond that. Cheers,

Settings->Security->Lock Screen->Screen Security->Screen Lock (seems a bit redundant...)

I find the option unchecked itself on my phone sometimes, don't have an answer for that. Also it was much worse on the earlier builds and I think I have got used to it working just kinda bad now when HW overlay is not disabled. Let's see if others have some words of wisdom.

For the slow screen go into settings-> Developer options -> enable "disable HW overlays" For the resolution you can change the LCD density: Settings->Interface->LCDdensity Let us know how it turned out.

I still have it, it's under Settings -> Security -> Lock Screen -> Slider Targets Just note that you won't see "Slider Targets" is the lock screen mode isn't currently set to Slide, to do that: Settings -> Security -> Lock Screen ->Screen Security -> Screen lock Cheers

Don't flash gapps, that should give you a working screen, I used to have that issues too.
