Sounds like a situation where you should probably just flash the stock KDZ and start fresh, are you able to enter download mode? (hold Vol + and plug cable into computer)

It should be fine after a full charge cycle. Happened to me as well updating to 20i and trying the H815 port for the first time. After the cycle i get great battery life and normal charge times

Are you downloading from your phone or computer? i believe some ROMS have adblocking set up in the host files so you'd need to edit that file or download from a computer with adblock disabled for that site.

i think since we have the stock bootloader for M on our phone now, were now able to use CM13 and other stock android M ROMS

Hold Only Volume + and then plug in the usb cable to your pc and phone while still holding until you see a "Download Mode" thing on the phone

Download Mode (Hold Vol + down while connecting usb cable to PC) > Use LGUP to flash 10n or 20i KDZ (More Info in OP)

was running xposed with Genysis 3.4 but after a few days i noticed severe performance issues, lots of hangs and redraws and such. uninstalled xposed and runs smooth as hell

You can try flashing the original camera zip from that mod thread. Also make sure you're on the latest mm kernel 1.6

confirming that clean install of 7HD 8.0 + 1.6 Kernel is working perfectly. Knock Code working as well as uninstalling apps. Had the play store fc issue when i tried to restore my apps through google but wiped and set up as new device, working great now.
