you need full backup from twrp before install rom. the backup must include baseband partition and efs partition.

5.1 stable boeffla kernel used some Chinese firmware ZCUBMK2 source code for compatible efs v1 modems. modem loader of the Chinese firmware don't has checking modem signature .it means you don't need script for 5.1 stable boeffla kernel. init.d script remover added my gdrive

it is universal network fix script for 4.3 custom kernels but need init.d supporting you still need patched modem, flash the script and patched modem in recovery menu. for now it's only for i9300 4.3 roms and testing release. feedback which kernel you tested

same kernel dont need patch,like last release googy max, litegx they use Chinese source code ,you know Chinese kernel work without patch and for other kernel i will release init.d script at tonight

Ok.i will try to patch it. send link of new kernel For googy max kernel, I cant patch the kernel. Result always bootloop maybe the reason the kernel compiled with linaro

for now yes you need the kernel but if you use custom kernel which are support init.d, you dont need patched kernel i will release init.d version for custom kernels
