Can this work on the Mix 3 5g? Anyone tried flashing it?

I'm working on a project and the app I need only goes up to Android 7.1.1. I didn't think I'd have to explain the reason why lol.

Is there a mirror link for this ROM that's working. Or maybe can someone who has this ROM can send it. All download links in the OP are dead ends.

This ROM errors out during flashing. The 1st was a error 7 which I fixed in the updater-script. The next was a error 6. Any mirror ROMs I can flash????

I need a LineageOS OP5T 14.1 ROM. The Sultanxda ROM just errors out during flashing. I've fixed the error 7 message in the updater-script but then it just errors out again. Anyone has a working mirror I can flash, thanks.

I respect your reasoning but one person's use of this could be different then someone else's. So you can't really generalize people's use if it into one basket. If I'm going to spoof my device, editing GSM cell ID was needed for me using LuaPro. But I get it.

Can you guide me into editing it with a custom hook definition if it's in the LuaPro version? I think this is another key to remaining anonymous for sure due to the fact that apps can get your cell data off a cell towers to get your location no matter how many edits you use and in fact is a leak...

There should be a option under network settings. I it seems the development for this device is crap though (as far as the updates are concerned). It sucks it's on MIUI v10 which I understand why but they still should've had this figured out before releasing it.

Correct. I've had a discussion on a Mi Mix 3 5g thread where this guy says it's a update thing not a hardware thing. Which I feel he's clearly wrong. Cell bands have nothing to do with updates, it's a hardware thing.

How can I go about making it for LineageOS ROM?

I'd like to run Nethunter on LineageOS 9.0, this kernel doesn't support it correct? It's only for OOS right.

Installing chroot via Linux deploy following your guide on the OP it seems "allow to mount the Android resources" gets unchecked when installing and the system can't find my chroot.img file after running bootkali in terminal. Is there a workaround?
