Flashing a clean OS with MSMTOOL or OS UPDATE via local upgrade are the only ways to recover deleted profiles that require no root. Someone suggested in this thread to fish out a file with all profiles from OS image, but I have no idea whether it will work or not.

Yes. I can confirm that VoLTE and VoWiFi works only with France_Commercial_Orange for the RED SFR. Update: For the ones that have accidentally deleted the desired profile from PDC, you can recover it by locally upgrading your phone to the NEXT OS version. No MSMTOOL is necessary in this case...
