    Thread How Samsung Service Center managed to clear my password

    Hi Guys, I sent my phone to Samsung service center due to no display. My phone was locked with 6 digit password. When i received my phone after they repair, they cleared my password without any data loss, how they do that? My S4 was rooted, that's the problem? Or they have special tool? Thanks.
