After updating to the latest version and doing a factory reset I still CAN NOT EDIT or ADD an APN. I don't know how others have been able to do this but mine is a no go on this. I get the response "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user".

I just checked and I also have the APN settings grayed out. It also appears that I do not have the usual settings that I remember for Verizon. I would add another APN but there is not setting for adding an APN.

Do as I did. Keep your Verizon number and get a Google voice number. I use both numbers on my Droid Turbo. People get over being called on different numbers. Don't have to port your Verizon number. That seems like opening a can of worms that is not required.

I had one put on at the Verizon store when I bought my Turbo. Still on there and no cracks, and no problems with separation around the edges. I believe that your success depends on how good the tech was that put it on. If they don't get the screen cleaned adequately then they will not stick down.
