Post Just purchased my Droid Turbo Thread
Another member posted a work around assuming you have the feature on your account. Go into Settings / Apps / All and scroll down to entitlement app. Force kill that app and hotspot now functions. I've since informed Verizon Tier 2 of the bug.- rmumaw

Have you tried using your Turbo as a mobile hotspot? I keep getting an error message about activation yet Verizon claims hotspot feature is enabled. They have escalated the issue to tier 2.- rmumaw

Post Droid Turbo won't connect to Moto 360
Do a factory reset on the 360. I had the same issue. It immediately paired after the factory reset. Can you use your Turbo as a mobile Hotspot? I have a ticket open with Verizon.- rmumaw
