Since gravity box and sense 6 toolbox are modules of xposed installer only xposed will show in super su. I have no issues with the battery icon from the sense 6 toolbox. Status bar icon then battery icon. You could try unchecking the sense and gravity box in exposed installer, reboot recheck...
