after flashing Nottach4g rom i have problem with screen, a part of touch screen not working (screen is ok, but touch not) and now its on all roms...:( a tried pdsfix.img, but not helped me, maybe somebody cknow this issue and solved it?

Hi,i just bought a HERO and i have problem to connect to internet (3g),when i try to browse i have a error "Connection Filed. This aplication requires network access. Enable mobile network or wi-fi to download data." But the mobile network is enabled 100%. Help me pls:)
