I had Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 installed with developer unlock I unlocked the phone with Interop Unlock and now i can deploy and use the accent_color.xap. And the lockscreen apps are deployed but didn't work. is this ok? or i did something wrong!

if you have mango, your bootloader is 4.5 or 5.1 first you must downgrade your bootloader version using gold card method. after that you Hspl you phone and use a Custom ROM on your phone. note: your data on your phone will deleted during this works . . . so make a backup before that :)

I think it's completely possible :) sombody names Ego zheng,wrote an application. It is program manager. u can repack your apps,and save apps data in a single .zip file. i think he can do this :) contact him for this idea.

yes. u can use "Program manager" to save games and applications data and create a.xap file for any application on ypur phone . . . search app name.
