I have UK unbranded. The OTA has been perfect for me. Data connection, WiFi working fine. IMEI number ok. Call quality brilliant & system snappy. Overall very happy with the update. As someone said above, I don't think HTC are guilty of the holdup with the OTA but there appears to be major bugs...

I assume you're using Google photos. Slide right from the left edge & select 'Bin' from the menu, this will show you all photos that you have deleted. Selecting & deleting, permanently deletes the photos. Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk
