8107 update Yes that's right, Power Off the phone remove the SIM and keep it aside and Power On the phone without the SIM and then connect it Zune.

Just removed my SIM card and then Zune gave the update message and it's updated to 8107. Unlocked Dell Venue Pro Generic US.

I recently re flashed my Gene with the following ROM RUU_Gene_hTC_Asia_India_1.17.720.1_4.1.13.34_02.79.90_Ship, after the sucessfull upgrade message. The phone started to vibrate and does not boot or I get the 3 colour screen. Please help
