It didn't work... With the command fastboot oem readcid, it works :) then i did fastboot oem writecid HTC__203, and actually it changed my CID. With fastboot oem readcid it showed me HTC__203 but with fastboot getvar cid, still 0202. However, with the app CID GETTER, i finally got HTC__203...

I will try to follow your tutorial and crossing my fingers not to brick my device. However, i have already unlock my device with HTCDEV.COM.

My biggest problem is to change my CID, when i'm trying to change my CID I get this error. It's useless to install the stock rom and keep my CID (VODAP203)
