I've experienced this "slowdown" too when downloading from the market, but not only then, sometimes the phone slows down without doing anything extreme for the cpu or ram... but you say you use data.img ? I didn't knew it was possible with this build! are you sure it works? so now you have 1gb...

I just installed a2sd (I used to have App 2 SD before) but I don't see how this is better... the app says that if "external" option is used then the widgets won't work! app 2 sd worked like I thought it would... check which apps can be moved and do so... but no such an option there for a2sd! or...

ok this IS weird...because to flash magldr we need hspl 2.08 and the 3.14 ROMs are not supported from HSPL... you mean... you flashed 3.14 and you were able to use hspl 2.08 ??? :confused::eek::confused:

I think I'm gonna throw myself out of the window... yesterday I had a big ISSUE... my phone could not see or read any of my SDcards... so today I had time to do everything from the beginning... task29 --> radio 2.15.50.14 --> HARDspl 2.08 --> MAGLDR 1.11 --> and the Android ROM... and guess...

task29 --> reflash magdlr and retry from another usb port! happen to me too... hope I helped!

well here is another thing : as I tried to flash back to winmo the device won't boot... it stays at "preparing your device for the first use" forever... my pc can read the SDcards without any problems... so it is not sdcard fault ... and yes I tried 2 other android builds... from MDJ revolution...

Hi guys I have a little problem... I used GoldCard method to flash 3.14ROM on my HD2... so now I wanted to flash 1.66 back so I can install hspl2 to run android from NAND... but here is the thing I tried everything... flashing 1.66 from spl and 3.14 hard reset... then again trying to flash 1.66...

...and yes it happen again... after installing launcherPro Plus and rebooting the phone is unusable...

I'm using the paid version, but to be honest, no I didn't pay for it... (I just made a fresh install, I also deleted my data.img to use a new one... I want to try Install it again and see now... if it does not work then I will try another launcher or stay with the free version of LauncherPro

this android build has worked well for me till yesterday! I tried to install the LauncherPRO PLUS (to have all the widgets it gives) it worked fine after the installation I could use everything, but after a reboot the UI would not start! I could get till the UNLOCK screen but thats it... no...

This was my first check with this build and believe me there is no such thing as g-sensor lag or screen lag for x-secs... :D:D:D

I never had robotic voice so I don't know If you have to do this always by the first call ... sry ... I tried also setCPU and it seems that it does not work with this build/kernel... even so my battery drain is ok!

well it is time for my "DUMP" question of the day...: is it possible to link the facebook contacts to match the phone contacts so that the phone contacts have avatars? with winmo and other androBuilds this happen automatically... I think it does not happen here because this is noSense build and...

this is what I'm talking about... :)

you have to copy the ROOT and UPDATE folder in you ANDROID folder in you SDcard and the zImage in your SDcard too... replace the old zImage in you SDcard hope it works!

if you wanna blame me for something better post my whole answer and not just the first 3 words... you come here and you tell us that the build does not work for you... without explaining from the beginning what your issues are... we are tired of people who don't read if the problem was already...

damn I'm blind... you are totally right! setCPU doesn't work for me either... it ignores my settings... what the hell?... but this means that this build has on his own a good battery and the kernel works fine... the battery usage is fine for me!
