after recent update (81XX), In music player, when song completes and moves to next track, the artist and song name should updated on top of the album art. But during this updation, for small duration (1sec) both of the fields are getting overlapped. Anyone else noticed this?

right now, Omnia W can't be hacked so you can't side load applications. You can install lots of free apps from marketplace, directly from your phone.
