Post How do i bypass frp on Samsung GalaxyS8 SM-G950F

Nobody on this site is going to help you bypass FRP. It is against the forums rules to do so. You need to remember your email or password in order to get your phone working. Flashing Odin does nothing because FRP is on an secure partition that Odin can't touch. You cannot bypass FRP. The only...

Post How do i bypass frp on Samsung GalaxyS8 SM-G950F

login to google on your computer, and reset your password. You may need to wait up 72 hours before it allows you to reset your phone. There is no way to bypass it. This is to block stolen phones from working. But since your phone is not stolen (since you just forgot your password), then it...

I am on oreo on an S8+, and I have to say, that you are wildly overreacting. It has absolutely 0 issues for me. I don't know what you have read, but for the majority of people, it works perfectly. Samsung has not spent the last 6 months sitting around on their heels, they have been testing and...

    Thread Water resistant nano-coating

Last night, after owning the phone for 2 years, I accidentally tested out the water resistant coating by dropping the phone into a bathtub full of water. :( I pulled it out after about 2 seconds, and the phone was still powered on. So I quickly turned it off, removed the case, and dropped it...

Post Google Assistant working on our dear Shamu

Can confirm, "OK Google" from anywhere works with Google Assistant on PureNexus. Can activate it when the screen is sleeping. Followed the directions previously posted reverting build.prop change, training with google Now (took a few reboots/cache-clears) and then updating build.prop again.

    Post 5.96" vs 5.7" vs 5.5" screens

    Thread 5.96" vs 5.7" vs 5.5" screens

2014, Nexus 6: 5.96 inch screen 2015, Nexus 6P: 5.7 inch screen 2016, Pixel XL: 5.5 inch screen It seems like the large screen for the Pixel/Nexus (Nexel? Pixus? Pexus?) devices are trending downward. To me, this is a real shame, since I love the size of my nexus 6. I was considering the 6P...

Post So fragile, second time the screen breaks with a tiny drop!

Most. Durable. Phone. Ever. I have dropped my phone too many times to count (onto concrete, hardwood, carpet, doesn't matter). Kicked it, thrown it across the room (accidentally, of course). Not a single scratch or chip out of it. I have mine completely naked, no screen protector, no case...

Post Nexus 6 stops charging after reaching 100% (does not go into trickle mode)

Post Should I upgrade or is it my phone?

What does your seller feedback have to do with upgrading your phone, or whether it is defective? Why does it matter that other phones sell within 24 hours? If your Samsung Galaxy S5 took 25 hours to sell, does that mean your Nexus 6 doesn't have an overheating problem? I would recommend doing...

Thread What would you like to see in the next gen Nexus 6?

Just curious as to what other N6 owners are looking for in the next generation (the one after 6P). Personally, there was not a compelling reason for me to give up my N6 for the 6P, so hopefully next years model will be more enticing for me to upgrade. My Wish List: Same screen size as N6...

Post I don't feel the need of getting the next samsung device, what are your opinions?

I have a Nexus 6, and my wife has a S6 (both bought at the same time). They are both great phones, but they are marketed towards different demographics. The first thing I did to my N6 was to root it, and throw up a custom ROM, my wife has kept her S6 stock, with touchwiz (and left KNOX alone)...
