Yes (as boot.img)... ...but be careful. If you don't know fastboot well, you may have a serious problem with your toy. Or if you are rooted (with magisk) you can use a kernel manager like FKM or EX

devsk sorry, I don't see ... fastboot and adb have always worked for me and in the worst case (after changing kernel) I had to flash the boot.img stock to flash OTA by adb sideload. Maybe you should flash the latest Pie stock. Did you tried to boot on the other slot? fastboot getvar...

Something is wrong on your side because it works for me. Try to flash stock boot.img to both slots, reboot and adb sideload OTA from stock recovery
