Just downloaded it, didn't install it. Turned my device off because it needed to charge and when I turned it on it just got stuck in recovery and I had to do a factory reset.. Lost all my data sadly...

I think you can. If you delete from the .zip all google files i guess it's possible. It only comes with playstore and youtube pre-installed
