Yea,i have the same issue . Sometimes works okey and sometimes phone is just unresponsive, freezing. Youtube vanced most of the time stuck while screen is turned off ect. Some really weird stuff there but I'm sure all will be okej later on. Btw what BL and CP u using?

Working good Dirty flashed from previous build (0530) and everything went ok. Didn't encounter any issue so far. Will keep testing and report back if I find anything buggy. Cheers

Worked just fine while updating I did uninstall both microG and older vanced then installed new vanced from SAI app and installed new (old) microG and all went just fine . Galaxy S8 fully stock (android Pie) Same with note 3 running lineage 17.1 ,running smoothly .

Yes , you are correct. U can only use aroma installer if u use twrp v2.8.7.0 anything above will freeze. Just use pico,nano or micro gapps that don't have aroma setup and u should be fine

Yep same issue here as well. Tried with root explorer as well build.prop app and none can't change anything even tho apps have root rights granted

There is issue with some recent builds of gapps that are causing the problem like yours. Try finding older gapps and u should be good to go

Take the sim card out before applying the update . If u still have issue then manually flash with odin

U can root the phone and try some of the old custom based rom on Oreo, officially u can't go back

Sammobile , update.com , samfrew.com and there is even PC app called samfirm ( Google it)

Your bootloader version is v5 and all other firmware including previous pie and all Oreo firmware are at v4 . If u installed June or July update on your phone then u can't go back anymore and thus Odin keep faling for your

Some people say downgrading bootloader can be possible through combination file ect but if u never use that file then don't, u can do more harm then good. Otherwise no bootloader can't be downgraded and your stuck with pie

If u have g950f then June and July of this year are only firmware that contains bootloader v5

As long u are searching for correct model of your phone u are good to go U can use sammobile,updato.com, samfrew.com to download firmware for your model ( there is even samfirm pc app to download firmware at full speed) Also u can flash pie or any other release without needing to install one...

Use odin and flash one of the latest firmware DSFB with it. Use csc home if u wanna keep your data or csc to completley factory reset it

DSFB is now the newest U can use sammobile to keep tracking what's the latest . For downloading u can use updato.com or samfrew.com as well sammobile but it's slow there.

Remember once u install june or july update u can't downgrade anymore to earlier pie or oreo builds.

Dude u can only flash official Samsung firmware with odin ,u can't flash custom rom with odin and that's why u need twrp recovery installed first then use recovery to.flash this rom. If u trying to install official rom via odin there is only one file for n9005 only newer phones have to select...

Use samfirm pc app or use updato.com, sammobile then use odin and flash the firmware also use home csc so your data isn't deleted while flashing new version.

Yes u can downgrade to any earlier pie or Oreo frimware as long u didn't install June update

No u can't downgrade anymore , your bootloader is on v5 and there is no way currently to downgrade bootloader to older version

Unfortunately u can't go back anymore as your bootloader as u said yourself has been updated to v5 ,earlier pie versions has been on v4 as well oreo firmware so people could downgrade back to it. So you are stuck on pie forever :D :) I like one ui a lot

Most probably motherboard issue and should be replaced if possible ,had same issue on s7edge with random reboots ,shutdown not turning on ect

Without right equipment to separate glass from digitizer it's very difficult and chance of breaking it is extremely high. IMO it's not really worth replacing for few crack , it's not that bad I've seen worst and still people using they phone.

Is your phone recognized in Odin (blue light)? Did u installed Samsung USB drivers? Try different USB cable ect

First make sure u put phone into download mode if u trying to flash something with Odin,use sammobile ,samfirm app for PC or updato.com for faster download speed and download firmware for your model ,use latest Odin 3.13.3 and flash it via Odin while your phone is in download mode
