Using Erecovery did not lock the bootloader thankfully! it just flashed over the current rom (stock oreo) so when the device rebooted i had no network coverage. I managed to sort this out by flashing twrp with fastboot and then applying the network patch :) Good to know for others that run into...

Does huawei erecovery lock the bootloader? I ask because I got a new update today with july 2020 security patch, and when the phone rebooted it got stuck on "your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted" "your device is booting now" screen. Nothing more happens..

Got a new update today with july 2020 security patch, it however made the phone stuck at "your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted" "your device is booting now" screen. Restarting doesnt seem to work as the same happens. What can I do to fix it?

Hi, Great ROM! Fast and stable! I have a question regarding charging the battery. Currently I use the original charger that were included with my i9506 but with this rom it only charges slowly, im on beanstalk 6.17 if thats any help. Any ideas as to why it charges slowly?

I think its funny when people claim that they deserve to know about why certain features isn't working and such.. Be gratefull that the developers are actually making some progress instead of bitching about whats lacking! The ROM will evolve as the developers are making progress, not by whining...

Both the stock 2.1 gallery and for example doubletwist or poweramp kicks mediascapes ass when it comes to usability, I installed Z's 2.2.1 ROM a week ago and must admit that I dont miss media/timescape one bit :-) Bottom case is that I'll rather use a semi-stable 2.2 ROM than a slow SE rom ;-)

I dont know if this has been posted but barnacle wifi tethering makes a whole lot of services FC when i press the start button in barnacle, I know that the original wifi tethering in freex10 froyo doesnt work because of the kernel but shouldnt barnacle work nonetheless? Great rom btw!
