Are you on A.46? You could install to help updating pakistan A.46, many did it to update.. it has a newer build date as european A.46 and keep data as well

Depends in the build you are on.. to successful switch to singapore for example, to get Dual-Sim, you have to be in A46 i remember.. there are options to Update to A46 without data loss, then you get OTAs for singapore region

No, you don't have to unlock the phone.. the region-switch is a hidden menu, which will be unlocked with the Sec5 Tool in PC and a code via dialer.. thats all, it could be repeated aß often you want and don't void warranty

with the region switching you won't avoid warranty, because it's only software midification, which can be undone easy and don't trigger something like knox for Samsung does.. so you are safe.. just remember the region you are coming from when chaning and all is fine 😎

but it's no problem, with only one IMEI like many people here telling it work and tested in different countries.. seems the only difference to real Dual-Sim is the 1 instead of 2 IMEI's

You need an Dual-Sim Tray, but when you choose region with Dual-Sim it get Dual-Sim afterwards 😎

A question to the people updating from A10 to A11 C.57... you stay single Sim or also end up with Dual-Sim like the people updating from A10 to Singapore and then C.57?

They are all multilanguage, difference is in features.. singapore has call recorder, 5g, VoLTE, theme store and many more, which Multi or european not have

The tool is unlocked only one time and have to be unlocked again, when you will switch again, so no risk Just like I said, you don't need to touch bootloader, just that tool, after switching IT IS locked again ;-)

You don't have to unlock bootloader, just do the Sec5 tool and switch region, thats all

But you can rid of CPW/Vodafone with the unlock tool and get updates normal, because you have free X2 Pro after this... Few people here done that successful

Somebody else can't switch region in C.06? I can't switch with sec5 or *#9434# using that IMEI and stamp.. tested it in different PCs and notebooks where it worked sometime earlier when switched to singepore and updated to Android 11..

which build do you have? C.06? C.57? or something different?

I will stay on Singapore Rom.. Dual-Sim, Call Recorder and working 5G + VoLTE/WifiCall are better then a Rom with features cut due to GDPR

actually most 8.0 builds don't support switching lenses, every build I tested didn't have an option to do so

Right after installing 3,69gb C.05 I got an 378mb update to C.06.. Google Play and Widevine L1 working.. but I will revert Sec5 later back to normal version until european Android 11 will be released ? Also it tells Dual-Sim but with one IMEI for both slots.. would be ininteresting, if that is...

Once my download of cph2025sg_11_c.05 is finished I will let you know.. maybe we have to get back to old version with Sec5, to get it working

when you get it via OTA, you don´t have to flash in recovery or bootloader.. just install like every OTA

Hey, I wanted to download a firmware because after trying to get beta and rolled back, I didn't recieve updates.. my free CPH2025 in Germany stays at A.25 even there is A.40 out.. but when trying with VPN there is nothing and on france or spain website the is a DL telling for CPH2025, but...

I use my S8 with PixelExperience 10 GSI and had no reboot so far.. with except of unlocked bootloader all is fine :D But I use different Kernel.. I use RZ Kernel with few optimazations ^^ (here) but I´m missing oem unlock option in developer options.. when I search for it, it can be found, but...

I have an Honor 7c AUM-L41 and tried to flash twrp from this thread.. bootloader is unlocked, fastboot says "successful flashed", but it still boot up eRecovery.. whats the matter with this?
