I am not on patch02. I checked. Tecalote says it shouldn't be a problem. I don't have the p20 right now to check the band's, but I had 4G on nougat, so my carrier works on my p9 for sure. Well it used to.

It appears that I am not on patch 02. But you mentioned that it shouldn't be problem for the 4G. How come then I don't have 4G at all? Data and voice. I have data enabled and mobile data always on. I also have 4g/3g/2g on the native settings. But I can't even register on the 4G.

How to tell if I am on patch 02 ?

I already tried the native settings. Even I manually choose the 4g variant of my operator,my phone cannot even register on that network. 4G coverage is perfect here. If I use my simcard on a p20lite it works perfectly for data and voice. And also iremember that before the rebranding I could use...

Update: Uninstalling the Health app, disabling lock screen step counter from settings and reinstalling the latest application from the playstore fixed the problem!
