thanks for tryin to help ... firstly ,lemme thank you for extending the helping hand .. i will try to logcat the issue... i DID boot into safe mode many times , but thw wifi/bluetooth worked ONLY ONCE in safe mode. and to my surprise , both WIFI AND BLUETOOTH miraculously worked for one...

I flashed both through the cwm and clean flash using kdz lh flash tool 2014... I downgraded to 4.4.2 and 4.2.2 and rooted and installed couple of custom roms like cloudy g3 etc.. No use. Afterwards i used kdz method to CSE flash and normal flash too.... No use.....tried at least 10 times...
