I tried what coremania suggested. It removed all saved wifi but still the error persists. Because I am not rooted in the end I had to do factory reset. It solved the problem.

to do soft reboot, first go to developer settings and enable advanced reboot. Now "soft reboot" options will appear when you press reboot.

i meant if you charge your mi4i while its on, it will charge until its 100%, then the battery will decrease although its keep plugged in.

it is a bug from miui 5.6.11 and below. above 5.6.11 it is fixed. fyi i manage to flash this CM on top of 5.6.25 now if it reaches 100% it will keep it 100% while its pluged in. for the cpu pluging i flash the sensei kernel. battery better than before

Build 0517 from PolishVodka is smooth, nearly as smooth as kitkat. sound recording and voice calls works, playing game at least clash of clans also smooth, i havent tested the incall sound. one thing, the GPS doesnt work. Very Good job PolishVodka

im on polishvodka CM12.1 4/5/2015. when firstboot into the rom, it takes so long to optimizing app. the time it took to optimize all apps are far longer than stock kernel CM12.1. is this normal? FYI, im still on optimizing scrren now, 84 of 93 apps.

i found out that every time i reboot the cpu governor changes to performance, it takes a while until ZenX appear on the options. i use kernel version 2.6.1. The rom i used is CM 11 TC lastest bulid by ace2nutzer

i found a cosmetic bug that in the toggle notification page (the one that comes out when you swipe down status bar), the network type is always showing 3g/2g although i had switch to 2g before. it just cosmetic, the system is fine
