Look for "System update", it's the last one before "more information for the phone" it's an arrow logo and then "..." and something like "update from disk"

What is the speed of the charge with the 55W on your phone ? I don't have it but I know that the fan is working with the 55 to not be very warm so by guess is maybe try with or without the fan on with the 18w :) I wanted to buy the 55W but there is not way to have it in europe :/

You don't need the PC if you download directly the update from your phone.
