A few notes if you are in the UK... The install fails with an invalid model id even if you have s-off. To fix this, set you CID to 111111111, NOT GOOG001. After the install, set the CID to GOOG001 otherwise the google keyboard will fc. After boot, you have have a weird keyboard setup. Just...

I download the standard three uk rom (I'm on three anyway) and did an update. If you don't mind the three boot screen then all is good as you can delete the few three apps.
