For Sure I Don't Know Because I Did This Method Only For My D6653 Model. Anyway If You Want To Try. You Can Test It By Downloading Kingsroot And Check Status. If It Seems "Root Available" So This Method Works For Your D6643. Do It On Your Own Risk.
