It doesn't prove anything other than your phone isn't affected whilst others are affected. None of the above settings fixes this issue on my phone and I have tried multiple ntp addresses to check as well as multiple locations in clear sky view etc and multiple combinations of the gps options...

Bmarko, I'd recommend putting a clear statement on the OP for people not flashing 3rd party kernels as no matter how many times you've mentioned this breaks functionality people aren't reading thread posts as this gets busier. Having said that they probably wont read the OP in the first place...
