ok can you just flash 4.4.2 through recovery and don't flash boot.img and try to boot it. also make sure it's a clean install.

because the rom you have is 4.4.4 and you flash a 4.42 kernel so it won't work you have to install the Rom first then Kernel

for FM maybe try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=58366301#post58366301 and to install this rom Just boot to recovery and flash this rom then flash kernel from recovery also and it should boot just fine

if you have a Recovery (TWRP or CWM) just flash it no need to downgrade and this ROM installs the kernel so don't worry. Also after you install this ROM also you can install the 292 kernel and it will work fine :D. (if you want to :good: )
