    Confirmed working. See my attachment. There are steps needed to be taken, including clearing cache, dalviks and clearing HTC sence's data (with clock) for it to work properly...

    I don't think so. Whenever I have this problem (become more frequent now), I pull battery, boot and have a check at proximity re-calibrator. It seems to show different setting value. So I guess it is caused by proximity re-calibrator. BTW, you have proximity re-calibrator installed?

    I always do these without problem: 3) boot, reboot 4) titanium backup pro 5) restore all user apps and their data (yes, in my case, with data) 5a) only restore some system data like bluetooth settings, wifi settings...etc. Those shown in GREEN in Titanium Backup should be safe to restore.
