Something is going on with the installer. I tried.to reinstall and as soon as the installer started.extracting things it stopped and reported that the installation was succesfull, which is not. Do you know any other way to flash the ROM?

Hello, I have installed the ROM yesterday on my Desire HD and I experience very unusual battery drains. In 1 hour and 30 minutes the battery drops from 50% to 0% and the phone shuts down.
