    Post [ROM]LeeDrOiD HD V5.1.1 - 7th Feb | Tweaks | APM | Fast | Stable | Pure Awsomeness!

Yeah I was a long time LeeDrOiD user (just ask him how many times I've bugged him for "back to stock" Rosie patches etc. etc. :D), until I wanted to try some Sense 3/3.5 ROM's. Then I tried out both ER3BUS and ARHD, and settled for ARHD, which is also the current ROM, but as mentioned earlier...

Smooth or not, I'm not a fan, but might give it a go if I'm trying out a few ROM's anyway :) Thanks for the quick reply.

Long time no see :) My girlfriend is now using my Desire HD, but has had some issues with it not waking from sleep etc. on another ROM, which I find weird, as I've never had issues as long as I kept the min. freq. to about 245. Anyway, considering putting LeeDrOiD back on the DHD, but would like...

Would just be nice with a base where if there are bugs, they are general, and not split down the middle. I for example have no issues at all with 3.0. I probably have the sharpness setting not sticking bug, but my eyes wouldn't be able to tell :P

Isn't anything above and including 2.0 based on another "regional update" though? Just thinking that it might as well contain bugs for some, just like the 3.0 release apparently does.

    Post [ROM] ER3BUS XL SP1 [GB 2.3.5][Sense 3.5][Runnymede][05.08.2012]

Is anything really fixed in these regional updates, like 1.22, compared to a worldwide version, like 1.05? If not, why not "just" make a new ROM with the various tweaks and fixes by you and others instead, since it seems to be causing quite a bit of trouble for some?

I might not be using my phone enough or something, but I haven't been able to reproduce any of the bugs mentioned in the last couple of pages. Not saying it to try and piss anybody off, just saying that they don't seem to be general bugs. Ringtones stay the same after reboots. Sense doesn't...

Agreed. Btw., sorry if it's a dumb question, but what's "SIM Toolkit" and is there any reason to keep it? When I try to launch it, I just get a message saying that "SIM Toolkit is not ready or not supported" (roughly translated).

It's dead easy mate. Simply extract the framework-res.apk, SystemUI.apk and com.htc.resources.apk from the ROM .zip (or in this case, you'd probably want to use the framework-res.apk stock file from 2nd post and SystemUI.apk from lyapota, given that you're using his mod), upload them in the...

Well it doesn't sound like it's necessary, after reading one of your previous posts. Didn't you already have the green overscroll? If yes, then you have the battery mod too. The difference between the default battery % mod and hamdir's is, that the default one has a larger font (pretty much...

Post [Q] How to mod ARHD Rom (how to install roms?)

Depending on what mods you've downloaded, most of them are usually just flashable .zips, just like the ROM itself. So you simply install them by rebooting to recovery and flashing the .zip files you've downloaded and then rebooting afterwards.

You can't do backup/restore with the stock SMS app in ARHD, so backing them up that way won't do you any good though. Doesn't Titanium have an SMS backup feature? If not, MyBackup Pro does (paid app, but I don't know if MyBackup Root has that feature). Just so you don't waste time backing up...
