GPS how to fix? Guys, my GPS is not locking on to my position...Without internet, it cant find me... Had a hell of time lost in Bangalore yesterday..How do I repair it?

But I did! Still not recognizing. Nothing's happening, and no yellow bar is coming.. I downloaded the latest version of sptools, tried about 6 different versions of drivers, but my phone is not visible even as an unknown device on the device manager.

Windows 8.1 and its showing Code 10, device cannot start in the device manager... SP tools not detecting my phone either... I've installed all the drivers there but still doesn't budge... When disconnecting and reconnecting, there's a slight second where it shows as connected, but tht soon...
