This device rocks, from a offer standpoint at least. From the reviews i though it would be slow, but the UI is very smooth. Only downside for me is the washed out screen. Maybe a room with a different calibration.

Heyy mate, are you getting 4G/LTE signal? I also have the problem with whatsapp messages nor showing notifications, but on another rom, so i think it's a problem with nougat.

I've been using a very rare rom called space rom v2.2 on my G920P and it's amazing and very stable, though still on nougat. Going to give a try on this.

I only have one problem with the ROM, two actually, but i think one is related to the other. My camera freezes and stutters sometimes, all UI reboots. Sometimes i open Instagram and it's locked as well, can't scroll and have to force close and open again.

It's pratically the same as OP. I can get into download mode. but odin doesnt flash the bootloader / firmware, smart switch/Kies doesnt work.

It doesnt turn on at all! :o The only way the screen shows something is connecting the USB cable. Buttons doesnt work, i even tried the button combination + pluging in the cable to see if it goes to download mode or recovery. it was a bad update via odin, btw. Everything was ok before the...

I can't go into download mode. Power button doesn't work and it only goes on when i connect the usb cable with the message to connect to smart switch. I already tried charging it.

Hi Guys, i have the same problem. Update went wrong and now stuck at blue screen. Smart Switch says the tablet is not supported. In odin, same problem as above. Is there any recent solution to this problem?

I get it and i'm not eager to get oreo. I was asking if it's recommended to ditch miui for a custom rom right now. It doesn't have to be oreo at all.
