I patched a magisk install file to update my phone but theres an error and the phone cant boot. Is it possible to use a completely different phone to patch the magisk install again to try on the other phone?

Island failed to set up on my rooted Galaxy. Now it shows this security notification I can't get rid off. Many apps are being cloned that can't be uninstalled cause i can't get into island. I can't cleanly uninstall island either there are leftovers

I followed as per your Ota update post on the 31 may. Next time I will make sure to remove modules and direct update magisk version first. I didn't install twrp. From my understanding you need to wipe everytime u do u firmware update due to multi disabler

I had to factory reset. The bootloop is probably cause of a bad magisk module that i couldnt remove due to not having twrp. I followed the no wipe OTA update here but a reminder next time to remove the modules first.

A little help. After updating ota via magisk patch method(no twrp) it goes into bootloop if i boot into system+magisk. It can boot into system w/o magisk though. Could it be modules or an issue with the latest magisk update (19.4) I dont think its possible to remove the module or uninstall...

Wow it works thanks!...after searching every app permission and gps settings, it turns out to be Battery optimization. It's ok, the Xiaomi is able to run both at the same time in split screen but Island still can't do that.

I only found out about this temp fix today thanks. I have the same Gps issue on OP5T, is it the phone or android 8.1? Awaiting the day they can fix this issue as will as split screen running both apps at the same time.

I'm still on Nougat but im getting bootloops. Magisk 15.3 and twrp installation was perfect and running. After a day of usage, i rebooted and it bootloops when it reached the lockscreen! Only factory reset fixes it but i've been through this 3 times. No idea whats causing it.

On the latest Oxygen 4.7.6, bluspark TWRP and magisk 15.3. Installation went perfectly and running perfectly, however when I restart the phone it goes into a bootloop when it reaches the lockscreen. The only method is to factory reset. I have done this 3 times already. Does anyone have an idea?

The material dbrand uses is smooth on the adhesive part but the one gadgetshieldz uses is diamond textured. I have never seen that sort of material being used for wrapping. Also i installed it for an hour with the hairdryer blowing almost non stop.

Bought bamboo skin from Gadgetshieldz. Horrible. The material they use is too thick and rigid. The adhesive part is not smooth but diamond textured, i have never seen people use this sort of material to do wrappings that involve curves. The edges sides and corners will not stick at all.

Bought the one from gadgetshieldz. Wooden design. It's really bad, the material that they use is too thick and rigid, there's no way it could stick around the corners and edges. They are supposed to use 3M vinyl designed for wrapping. The 5T also has really small corners around the front screen.

Still waiting for a Rhinoshield like bumper. Heads up if u guys find one.

Overall performance after the N update feels smoother. However i really can't get used to the new notification style (too white & taking up more screen space) and the lack of wifi quick options in the pull down menu.

Screen defect is horrible, design wise could've been 2mm thinner.

Btw did u notice this blueish shadow during normal use or is it just the photo? I have a FA64C as well...and i do notice some shadowing at one side of the screen. Htc 10's built quality is superb however the screen quality control and assembly is shocking.
