UPDATE: Notes from Darren: Great question, Kevin. The Strada case unfortunately does not have an auto wake/sleep function. The S7 does not have the built in magnets to allow the case to turn the screen on/off. The sole purpose of the magnet on the Strada case is to clasp the lid of the case...

I have the same problem and I can confirm that when I use Action Launcher's turn off display shortcut it causes the "additional security" prompt to come up, otherwise no prompt. I will try using the above referenced app instead.

I had this same problem...Try taking a picture with the stock camera (to save something to the default photo folder) then try with manual camera again. It should work. I think the issue is that manual camera doesn't know what the save location is because its just following the stock camera's...

So I ended up just using the flashify app (awesome app btw) to flash the recovery and adb command to lock the bootloader. Afterwards I just unrooted it in SuperSU. All in all, super easy.

GravityBox will do this for you. I'm running it with no problems. Also just to give some feedback on GB/ROM navbar settings, I have both enabled (I have specific navring shortcuts enabled in GB along with cursor control) and no force closes. I'll just consider myself lucky.
