I think he is right. Mine didn't work as well with every method I tried. I think it has to do with TWRP.

Did root work for anyone using this method? I can't get it to work. Also when I come from 575 lets say and I try to install this one something at the twrp you gave doesnt work. It cannot mount data whatever I do. Another one i had which was older could mount the data partition.

It was the version of supersu that created the problem. I had 2.67 and I just flashed 2.65 and all came back to normal :)

That is a little difficult since the kernel will always be of AL10 model while our baseband will be of L29 model so it will never be at the same version...

My baseband is updated but I have the 180 rom now. So probably the baseband is updated with rom updates and the kernel updates with insecure boot updates...

Do you have AL10 device? If yes then your kernel version is from Feb because you haven't changed to the newer insecure boot image. But I don't think this plays that much of a role. If it does please let us know.

There is no userdata partition in the 180 rom afaik. I think that cust from 133 rom was also needed for the themes to work correctly and I just flashed to be safe. I will probably have to wait until you find time to flash to see what happens with your kernel since we both have AL10 devices with...

I flashed the 133 partitions at the beginning of the process so this cannot be it. I flashed in order: 133partitions fastboot then after the usual stuff needed the 152 rom then the 162 rom and then the 180 rom and the other stuff(supersu,insecure boot etc). Shouldn't it be ok with the latest...

Yes it is exactly the same as if I mentioned that I charge it every 2 or 3 days. That doesn't say much on its own... One should mention other stuff unfortunately to be able to judge good/bad battery life...

To make things clear? Does the lock function work eventually or not? In the beginning I thought it worked and that there was no way to tell if the phone was unlocked before or not. Then after a while someone said that it did not work. Which is it? Can anyone be 100% sure and answer?
