Comming from 4.4.4 carbon f2fs, do i have to make a full wipe, Or else what steps?

I still have problems with my wifi connection. I come from cm9 with problems, before that cleanote with problems, before that hybrid MIUI cm9 with no problems! Still noboddy coult help me.. I did make the 3 wipes tride difrent kerels and radio's aswell.. Please help!

S-ex dident work for me it hang at app instal 100... Did try to flash back 3.1 but now it keeps hanging on Samsung logo.. Now i try flash rr7 back but still on Samsung logo
