    Just installed the build (8-12-15) and had a issue like youre explaining. Upon investigation, I found that if you let it sit for a while, it will eventually boot. I am investigating now and will push a fix in as able.

    I can confirm that the LTE Band 2 does not work on the OnePlus One. I am in a T-mobile refarmed area which utilizes band 2 LTE. My nexus 5 will show LTE signal while my OnePlus will sit on Edge. All information stuck when it was written as well, so theoretically all the bands are enabled as well.
