+1. That's exactly how I've been running mine and it's decent. I don't see a need for a custom ROM at the moment.

Ah, just minor stuff. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are an indicator in the status bar for power saving mode and you have to agree to use ultra power saving each time you use it. The big change for me was the radio.

Better connection while in areas with iffy signal and overall call quality. The old radio sounded hollow and echoed a lot. Low volume too. ANF3 fixed all that for me.

I've been having the screen flashing issue after hitting the power button to screen off as well. Here's a log, hope it helps.

RC1,2,3 don't enable init.d support on a stock ROM. I had to use v14 to get it to work.

I had the same problem as you, wouldn't boot past the splash screen. I used Odin to upload the bootloader and recovery from droidbasement and it installed fine after that. I'm really loving this rom. I suggest forking over the $4 for the full version of nova launcher as well. IMHO it's worth...

Does anyone else have the settings menu wifi and bluetooth toggles cut off in landscape mode?

Wouldn't install for me. I used Odin to reinstall the bootloader and latest recovery from droidbasement then it went fine. I guess my tab had some corruption issues. I've been running the rom since yesterday and it's fantastic so far. Thanks again task!

Ya, reboot fine. No fc's at all and everything works as it should except smoother.

Since I didn't flash a new ROM I didn't use in2exsd. The rest installed with no issues and has been running solid under heavy use for 2 days. SGS4g stock GB with voodoo lagfix

I'm using a different su now so I can't tell you exactly what it says, look for outdated binary notification . I remember turning it off when I used that version of superuser. It's there somewhere, I think at the bottom of the options screen.

Just go into superuser options, deselect the option to automatically check for updates.

It finds them. The only time I see them, though, is after flashing a rom that someone has removed a bunch of bloat ware from.

Assisted gps. It's the info gps uses for a quicker lock. I've found on my phone if the data gets too old it is can prevent a lock.

Could you add a clean agps data option? I realize other apps, even free ones, will do that but I've gotten used to using sdmaid as my one stop cleaner.

Funny, I found the task 14 browser fc'd almost any time I had multi tabs open. This one is a lot more stable.

I always use ondemand, it seems to be quicker to me. As well, I never rely on synthetic benchmarks but instead just test in real world situations. Does any one know of an app that works like fraps to read frames in-game? That would be handy for testing.

I've run a lot of task roms on mine, starting at 10 and I've never had this issue. Ran pershoot's kernels and fine as well. Does it pop up after you flash cm or some other rom? I've tried the a1 kernel and never seen it either.

I've been playing around with it and it seems to work but I loaded up modern warfare today and it was terribly laggy.

I'm running it on a separate version of this ROM to test and it seems to run fine. The battery drain issue might have been resolved, looks like wifi wasn't shutting off during sleep. I still run this kernel for my daily driver though.

Installed 1.5 and I had to boot twice after flash but now it's running fine. Seems stable and fast! One thing I'm unclear on is whether the gpu oc is included in 1.5 or is it only in 1.3?

If I remember right it's a because the Hebrew rom was the one that was leaked.
