I have two Mi4c: one got the bootloader locked with that patch, the other didn't. I don't know why. Luckily I had permission to unlock it, so it just took me a few seconds to solve it.

Hi What's the requirements to install these ROM´s? Which version of TWRP and Firmware? SInce Vovan seem's to have removed all files, did anyone kept is TWRP file?

One more here that sucessfully unlocked Mi4c bootloader! :) Only thing I did different from this tutorial, as someone already mentioned, was using MiFlash beta. MiFlash was returning the "ping error". Before the process I had V7.1.4.0.LXKCNCK installed. Thank you wolkenjaeger! ;)
